Post-Storm Roof Photo-Video Service

Gold Wingnut Productions offers a photo-video service to check your roof for possible damage after a severe storm.

• We will do a flyover of your home taking an overall photo of the roof and then shots of every flat, peak, and valley of the roof. Then an orbit of the house is preformed capturing a 360-degree video view of the entire roof.
• If we see any damage, we will take additional shots of the damaged area(s) for you.
• We will also take ground shots of your property if there are signs of storm damage. This would include any fallen trees on or off your property that lands on your property, any home damage, and significant landscape damage. Debris and fall branches are not considered damages.
• If we see any significant damage, we will call you to let you know.

• If you have a pool, we will take additional shots of the birdcage and pool to document any potential damage at a small additional fee.
• If you have a Premier Home, there is a small additional charge due to the size of the home and roofline complexity.

• The completed photos and videos are shared with you via USB drive, a file share service, or as a short YouTube video. Any one of these is included in the base package pricing. See the sample YouTube video on this page for additional information. USB drives will be provided at time of service.

• A $10 discount applies to packages paid for in full before the arrival of the storm.
• Packages purchased before the arrival of the storm will be given first priority once we start. 

• For the safety of others and our aircraft, photo-video work starts only after the storm has passed AND all rain has stopped AND winds have dropped below 15-20 MPH gusting.

• Packages booked after the storm’s passing will be serviced on a first come first served basis.

• This service is an initial check of your home’s roof and property, it is NOT an inspection or damage assessment. We are not roof inspectors, property inspectors, or insurance adjusters. If you see or suspect possible damage to your property you should contact your insurance company immediately. You are free to use the photos and videos you are purchasing from Gold Wingnut Productions in your conversations and discussions with your insurance company and adjuster. Gold Wingnut Productions makes no warranties, assumes and accepts no responsibility or liabilities either directly or indirectly for any damage captured or not captured in any and all photos and videos. This service is a tool to help you make decisions about the conditions of your property and possible follow-on actions required on your part.
